Defence & Foresight School
A one-week high-level seminar, from 16 to 22 April 2027 between Douala and Kribi, to train 35 professionals in strategic thinking and foresight. Organised by CERGPC, in partnership with the University of Douala and IRIS (Paris), in collaboration with Africa Strategia.
Audience
Officers of the armed forces, gendarmerie and police, senior officials of the ministries of Defence, Security and Foreign Affairs, experts, researchers and doctoral students.
Programme
Seven modules: conflicts in Africa, hybrid warfare and disinformation, cybersecurity, maritime security, defence cooperation, war gaming, leadership and crisis management.
Registration
FCFA 150,000, lunches and certificate included. Application before 2 March 2027; fees refunded if the application is not accepted.
